I believe in karma, crystals, and kombucha!

I'm a human being passionate about helping other humans simply "be" by feeling good in their bodies both physically and energetically. In 2017 I had a quarter life crisis fueling me to venture across the world solo. This backpacking trip ultimately led to my spiritual awakening. My favorite country visited thus far would have to be Myanmar as it's where I discovered the healing power of reiki. That year I also completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in Australia. As much as I love traveling, I felt called to plant some roots. Today I work as an intuitive reiki master and yoga teacher based in sunny San Diego.
